Do I need to book extra time for setup and cleanup?

Depending on the type of event, you may require some extra time before your event to set up and time after the event to remove the setup and clean up the facility other than the restrooms to bring them up to the same condition as before you entered. 


The renter is responsible for factoring in the time needed before and after and including that in their reservation. Access to the facility can only be provided after the scheduled reservation, and the facility should be vacated on or before the scheduled end time. 


If your event ends before the scheduled time, you must wait at the facility for the facility manager to be onsite to sign a release form and take over.
