Detailed information for all MHCSD facility reservations is included in the reservation application
Each booking requires a $200 deposit at the time of the booking. This deposit is refundable, subject to the provisions of the REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATION policy.
- Weekday booking rate: $100 per hour
- Weekend* booking rate: $120 per hour
* Weekend rate starts on Friday at 5:00 PM through Sunday at midnight.
There are the following additional fees for each booking.
- Permit application $35
- Janitorial service is $100 for weekdays and $175 for the weekend.
There is an additional $45 per hour janitorial fee if any extra cleaning is necessary after facility use. This charge includes, but is not limited to, cleaning spilled food, scuff marks on walls, and hand prints on windows.
