The refund for cancellation policy is the same as any other MHCSD-owned facility. The person listed as an applicant on the Community Room Reservation must provide the cancellation/change requested in writing. Emails submitted from the applicant's email address are acceptable.
Refunds will be processed as follows based on the date of the written notification prior to the rental date:
90 days or more | 89-61 days | 60-31 days | 30 days or less |
No Penalty | 50% of the fees and deposit collected | 75% of the fees and deposits collected | 100% of the fees and deposits collected. |
